Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas, diced strawberries, eggs, granulated sugar, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour blend, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
